because when trade was used people were able to have more money more products to help with everyday life therefore people were able to build cities and towns because the had the ability to do it before trade only certain people had things because were one person was able to get something another person couldn't and trade allowed everyone to get things they couldn't before

Well that's an easy question! Think about this:

The people living in the city suddenly want lots of bread... And there's only one breadmaker in all of the city. They're going to need more bread makers. Which means, a bread maker will have to move into the town in order to make the bread for the city.

So just think, when people demand goods, people will move to the place, to fill those demands. That's how towns grew due to services/trade goods.
