No, nothing like that has ever happened in official content. Zira doesn't even exist in the books wherein Kopa does, and Kopa never existed in the movies. Any rumours related to Kopa are nothing more but fanfiction visions as Disney has officially denied Kopa from movies, first on the commentary track of the first film in 1995, then on the official trailer of the sequel and in a magazine interview.

∙ 13y agoShe didn't kill him. Kopa is a fanfiction character from the profit fanfiction book series wherein no one kills him. It's just that some fans have formed a theory that Zira somehow killed him because he doesn't appear in The Lion King 2 movie but it is still nothing more than fanfiction because Kopa isn't an official movie character and never intented to appear in the films anyway. That is evident by the film makers having said on the DVD's commentary track in 2003 that the cub in the end is not Kopa but a genderless cub nicknamed "Fluffy". And thus as the only other official movie cub is the girl Kiara and the film makes no references to siblings, Fluffy and Kiara officially blend into one. There was never a Kopa in the films' universe.

∙ 11y agoNo one. Kopa has never existed in the movies' universe. He was created by an outsider and the books were approved only by Disney's marketing division. Disney's film creators never approved them and they were never tied into the movies - on the contrary, they were denied by them. Therefore, Kopa never existed in the movies, and in the books where he exists he is not killed. Therefore he's only ever died in unofficial fanfiction stories. See the Related links section below.

Nobody knows how Kovu dies, that's beyond TLK 2, and we don't know about Kopa's life after cubhood, either. He appeared in a series of books called The Lion King Six New Adventures, showing Kopa as Simba and Nala's son and the adventures he had. Kiara doesn't appear in those books, as she wasn't thought up yet, and she was used instead of Kopa when the movie kicked off. No body knows what happened to Kopa, some think Zira killed him, others think he ran away or had an accident etc. If you're asking if Kovu killed Kopa, (they can get mixed up) then, no, we can only guess at Kopa's, (and many others) disappearance.
