Get a bucket and carefully take most the sand out, then hoover all the remaining bits out with a hoover.
They are mushrooms that grow in your home due to dampness. If you have carpet mushrooms, you should get that carpet and make sure you take care of the problem of why it was damp and replace with new.
Take your gecko to a veterinary clinic that also specializes in reptiles. A herpetologist or an exotics specialist.

This all depends on the specie of the gecko, how long does it take to reach maturity? How big is the gecko at adulthood? what are the temperatures? Typically, most gecko eggs will hatch 70-120 days to hatch.
Do you have sand in your tank? They usually poop on sand. If you do have sand, is it covered by something else? Like moss? If so, you should make a little space in the corner where the gecko can poop. All they need is a little space, and the poop will always end up there. Unless you forget to take out the poop. Then it will be somewhere else.
Take it to the vet.
You can ask a neighbor to look after it while you're gone, or if the place you are going allows it, you can take the gecko with you.
Typically a crested gecko wil take 24months to reach full maturity.

When they eat, bearded dragons also use the bathroom in the sand, and when they eat, they catch crickets, and then the crickets can get attached to the feces that is on the sand or left over from what you picked up and they can ingest it and that can cause serious health problems...
