Mexican Food.

Do not confuse it with the Mexican food sold in the U.S. It is totally different. Burritos are only known in the border, if you go deeper in south Mexico burritos are unknown, well not unknown but not sold. The red sauce is made from Chile, and the enchilada usually contains cheese and onions. There are many other things such as, gorditas, mole, menudo, pozole, tlaquaches, enmoladas, zopes, molletes, flautas, discada, that is usually the typical things. And all other things that American people eat as well, fish, beef, chicken, pork,.............................
