they have sonar which means they send out something like a sound impulse. After that they listen to hear how high pitched or low pitched the noise is, and feel the ripples of the waves. Depending on that, they can tell how close or how far a way something is from them. Okay, happy?! Don't copy paste man/girl, its not cool and its against the law and the good people of the lapd are cracking down on people who plagiarize. it happens every day, dont be a victim.
Bottle nosed dolphins travel in pods to migrate
they keep the young by thereside. remember bottle-nosed dolphins are mammals
I think their are because only some dolphins are bottle nosed and only some whales have bottle nae shapes.
1) Bottle Nosed Dolphins as well as all dolphins, sleep with one eye open to protect the rest of the pod. 2) Bottle Nosed Dolphins have brains bigger than a human! 3) Bottle Nosed Dolphins are one of the most intelligent animals to ever walk (or swim;) this planet. 4) Bottle Nosed Dolphins have tiny hairs on it's skin. 5) Male Bottle Nosed Dolphins capture female Bottle Nosed Dolphins. 6) Bottle Nosed Dolphins aren't endangered because of hunting. They're endangered because Bottle Nosed Dolphins hunt Tuna, and so do humans. So some dolphins get stuck in the nets and die. To help save the dolphins, buy "Dolphin Save" Tuna cans next time you go shopping for food. 7) When Bottle Nosed Dolphins are born, the mother points her nose down and the calf shoots to the surface for it's first breath of air.
Bottle nosed dolphins are mammals and they do have a back bone.
Bottle Nosed Dolphins are not endangered. There are still many all around the world. but they do get caught in fishing nets by the time they pull it out they are usually dead because they don't have enough air.
In some ways, yes, because a bottle nosed dolphin IS a dolphin. However, not all dolphins are bottle nose dolphins.
