Carpet sharks are bottom dwellers so their mouth is underneath its head or in front depending on the species, it eats crustaceans and squid. And feed from above prey. They don't put up with aggressive prey and will simply swim away and find easier food.
Mainly mollusks and crustaceans, they're bottom feeders.
