But, if u want to use less pokeballs it works best if the Pokemon is asleep or paralized
along with it having low hp left.

∙ 12y agoIf you repetitively click/press Y your Pokemon is less likely to brake free if it does don`t worry just try harder ( the faster you Click/Press the more likely it won`t escape . .

Technically, it is, though I suggest you go back to town and stock up. It would make things /much/ easier. It took around 40 ultra balls or so before I managed to catch him. But even if you get him down to 2% HP, you still only have a 0.8% catch rate with a Pokeball. In short, you could end up throwing over a hundred times before you manage to catch him.
