Cats have dreams, so I would assume they have nightmares too, yes. Cats don't usually sleep as deeply as humans do, so you don't often see them dreaming. But if you sit in a room with a sleeping cat, and you are very, very quiet, eventually you might see the cat having dreams.

The cat will often move its paws/legs as if it is running, even though it is lying down and fast asleep. Its head might start jerking around, as if it's watching something, or it might start batting the air with its paws, as if it is trying to catch something in the air. But the cat's eyes will be closed and it will clearly be fast asleep.

There is evidence that cats see in color, though supposedly shades of green appear as white and shades of red appear as black. Their peripheral vision, distance vision, and and low-light vision are much better than ours, however the quality of what they see is in "lower definition", in general, and they might lose track of something they are watching if it stops moving. Cats cannot see "past" (beneath) their nose.

Cats are able to see in low lighting conditions. Therefore, they may be able to see reasonably well when it is too dark for a person to see.

They do not have X-Ray vision, infra-red, ultra-violet vision, or the ability to shoot lasers from the eyes.
