they use their beak to pick up food and then they slide it down their esophagus. They eat just the way that humans do, except that they use their beak instead of hands, which they don't have.

As eggs or as hatchling snakes will eat them. As a hatchling ants will kill and eat them if given the chance. As a full grown crow large raptors will prey on them. Vultures, rodrunners, magots, ants, and other crows will eat the already-dead crow bird.
