To be honest there is no major way apart from cosmetic surgery to reduce breast size however many women who want to loose weight in their breasts do exercise as the breasts are made up of fat and tissue which can be burned off, many women jog and run daily to acheive this.
Another way could be to go to your GP and ask them about the Pill. The contreceptive pill is used in other ways not just for protection during sexual intercourse it also is used to slow down the rate and pain of period and can either increase breast size or decrease it in a small form, it is different for everyone.
As for yourself you should not let this bring you down, if you are uncomfortable with them seek advice and help from your GP about what age and how to get them surgically removed to be smaller, but for now belive and feel good in yourself, this makes you you. But if it starts to bug you even more as you get older, take action and see a surgen.

∙ 12y agoIf you are overweight, loose weight. It is not worth risking your life having surgery.
You can make them appear smaller by wearing a sports bra.
Actually a minimizer bra is better if you have a big bust. A sportsbra rarely gives good support to a bigger bust and it can make it look like you have one breast, making it look like a "roll" across your chest since they rarely have proper cups.
