im not a Pokemon nerd but im not a liar either but u can only get shaol salts and shoal shells at different times of the day try going their at differ times of the day the water level will ether be high or low

∙ 13y agogo to mossdeep and go to the north beach. surf upwards and u will find a small island with a cave. go inside and speak to the man......................................look around the shoal cave and find what the man asked for (depending on time of day, the salt or shell will appear) when u have got the items return to the guy
