It all depends on your genes. If both of your parents have brown eyes, and have a recessive trait for blue, then you have a 25% chance for having blue eyes, 25% for having brown eyes with no blue recessive genes, and 50% for having brown eyes with a blue recessive gene to pass to your children. (I made a chart for you to understand better)
B=Brown
b=Blue
top row is father side is mother
B b
B | BB | Bb |

If you understand the chart, then you passed middle school science.
Eye color is dependant on many genes working in various ways to determine a persons actual eye color. Green eyes are one of the more rare colors, but in some countries like Iceland, green eyes are among the most common. It is entirely based upon genetics but the exact number of genes and how they all relate to final eye color isn't fully understood. It used to be assumed that eye color was based on simple dominant/recessive genes but has been found to be such a complex question that nobody has yet been able to 100% accurately predict eye color. The answer of how many genes makes up eye color can be anywhere from 6 to over 10 different genes which makes it pretty difficult to predict just by looking at a persons parents.
You get the color of your eye by your genes. It can be from anybody in your family but its usually from your grandparents or from your parents. Even if your eye color is hazel and your moms is brown and your dads is blue then you got half. But if that's what happened to you its mostly because someone in your family has that kind. You cannot have a color eye that no one in your family has because you have genes.
some people are born to have their eyes like that

Eye color has nothing to do with whether you are color blind or not.
His eye color is green
Yes. The genes for eye color are inherited from the parents. The genetics of eye color are more complicated than previously thought. Color is determined by multiple genes. The genetics of eye color are so complex, that almost any parent-child combination of eye colors can occur.
No, blue is. Blue is a baby's eye color and then they change to whatever color after about one month.
You can try using honey diluted with water. You first dilute it in a jar and then use an eyedropper to lightly squeeze some honey into your eye. CAUTION: This may sting a little if the honey is not well diluted. That is ok, as it will not damage your eyes but make sure to wash your eyes out once the honey has been poured in your eye. Note: This does not make a dramatic change in eye color. It may only work for some people, and in order to really notice the lighter eye color you would have to wet your eyes with honey for a long time.
The color of the eye is determined by the amount and type of pigments in the iris of the eye.
