The short answer is no. They are too low in energy. But Yes there are some high energy radio waves that do hurt you. An example is microwave ovens. Their radiation is very high powered and deadly, but it its contained. Cell phone, TV, and radio waves are way to low to hurt you. There are some tests that say that long term exposure causes cancer, but nothing is proved. People say don't talk on the cell phone to long because nobody is sure if its harmful. They are just playing it safe.

Damaging effect to the human body by radio waves will result if the waves are intense enough to heat up the body. The extreme example is what happens to meat put in a microwave oven.

If a person's body is immersed in a strong radiowave field the electrons and ions in the body try to oscillate in unison with the radiowaves. This means energy is extracted from the radio wave and converted to tiny oscillatory motions of electrically-charged components of the body. The more the motion, the higher the body temperature.

Low levels of radio waves don't harm us at all. At higher energies and higher frequencies, radio frequency ("RF") energy can cause a warming sensation, or at higher levels can cause burns. At moderate levels like those used in diathermy machines, these can have a beneficial effect, but at higher power levels RF can be deadly. A microwave oven traps radio energy at high power levels; this exposure will kill.

There have been occasional scares about long-term exposure to low-power high-frequency radio signals having the ability to cause cancer; this is the basis for the "cell phones are dangerous" myth. No reputable scientist has demonstrated persuasive evidence that this is true.

What IS true is that the higher the power or the higher the frequency, the more likely RF is to have unhealthy effects. Extremely high frequency RF is called "X-Rays", and higher than that are "gamma rays"; even at fairly low levels these can be dangerous over the long term. And even very low frequency electricity can shock or kill you instantly at a high enough amperage.
