There are 2 torx head bolts on the backside of the steering wheel remove those,pull the airbag fuse or u may get a big surprise!
* Remove the front bumper fascia * Unplug the horn electrical connector and remove the bracket bolt
* Remove the front bumper fascia * Unplug the horn electrical connector and remove the bracket bolt
Remove screw @ bottom of horn pad. (After disconnecting Neg. battery cable of course.) Disconnect horn wire from pad. Remove center nut. Use wheel puller and REMOVE.

To replace the horn on a 94 Toyota Corolla, you will need to remove the horn pad from the steering wheel. Once all screws have been loosened, you can lift the pad and replace the inner button, then just put the horn pad back on.
On my '96 Cavalier, the horn is located in the front driver side wheel well. I had to jack it up, remove the wheel, and then access panel inside the well to get to the horn.
