(These instructions can be used to reset any iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch)
Connect your device via USB to your computer
Open iTunes
On the left hand sidebar, under devices, there should be your decide listed. Click on the device's name.
Toasted the middle of the screen there should be a button that says "restore". Click in it and your iPad will be restored to it's factory settings.

Note: Restoring iPad will delete all of your data (songs, photos, videos, apps, and so on). Be absolutely sure that you have backed up the content on your iPad before restoring it.
Below are the steps to restore iPad:
1. Connect iPad to your computer.
2. Select iPad in the iTunes sidebar, then click the Summary tab.
3. Click "Check for Update." iTunes tells you if there's a newer version of the iPad software available.
4. Click Restore. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the restore process. When restoring, it is recommended that you back up iPad when prompted. When the iPad software has been restored, you can choose to set up iPad as a new iPad, or restore your music, videos, app data, and other content from a backup.

The keyboard one does look pretty sweet as it looks black, glassy, and shiny... you will still have to slide to unlock it and then a keypad/keyboard will pop up in the middle of your screen.
