Switch off the supply to that cable at the breaker box. Then, using a different power source, cut a hole in the wall to reveal the damaged cable and inspect what you have done. The damage to the house caused by making the hole is far less of a concern than a damaged electrical wire buried in that wall which could start a fire.
Blizzards effect people just like earthquakes do. Some sever blizzards can damage things and sometimes trap you inside your house. It can get really cold to and dangerous.
Yes It could be extremely dangerous to drill at that point. There is no telling where the wires from that panel go. If you drill into the hot wire from the pole, you will be electrocuted because there is no effective ground between it and the ground. It will turn you into barbecued chicken. You can turn off the circuit breakers for any other room in your house where you wish to drill and drill away. You can use an extension cord to a different room for power. Or, you can be buried next to John Wilson.
It depends on how severe the damage is.

No. Generally there are slippers for walking about the house (so that one does not track dirt inside, or damage any tatami flooring), and a pair of slippers for use in the bathroom.
I suggest having your retractable awning installed by a professional awning installers. There are a lot of holes to drill in the installation process and you do not want to damage the structure of your house by trying to install the awning yourself. This is not a do it yourself job.
if you are her friend on her mypraize website you could access three pictures of her house...Although its only the inside, she knows better than to put pics of the outside.lol Hope that helps!!!
No. Opening windows will only expose the interior of your house to more damage. If there is a tornado in your area take cover immediately! The idea that opening windows to equalize pressure will save you house is a myth. The pressure difference inside a tornado is not enough to cause significant damage. This has been mathematically proven. Tornadoes produce damage though their powerful winds, and in any tornado strong enough to significantly damage a house, the windows will break anyway.
Remove the Engine Dog house from inside the vehicle. You will have to take off the glove box console first.
