Assuming your own account is set as Administrator...
Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage another account
You should see a Guest account icon. If it is turned off - click it to turn it back on again. Confirm the action by clicking the 'Turn On' button.

another account than it will show your profile and the guest account double click on guest than turn it on
