Lossen 17 mm bolt at botton of tensioner and screw 13mm bolt on tensioner stud untill belt is tight then re torque 17mm bolt !!
There is an adjuster on the power steering pump. One cannot adjust it as it has an automatic tensioner if the belt is squeaking it is time to replace belt/tensioner or both
u do not adjust belt tensioner if belt is loose, u need to replace belt as tensioner works automatically
You can adjust the belt tensioner by loosening the tensioner bolt. When the tensioner bolt is loose the tensioner pulley can move back and fourth.

`Loosen 19 MM stud centre belt tensioner. Then loosen 13 MM Sleeve nut that adjusts the belt tensioner (nut is located between distributor & power steering resovoir) make sure tensioner is fully retracted. you shold be able to get old belt off .But may have to get more slack by removing bottom alternator bolt.Assembly is reverse procedure.
The water pump is the tensioner for the timing belt. if you need to adjust it, replace it.
