An Air Gait is a lacrosse move that involves coming from behind the goal and jumping through the air, and dunking the ball into the goal. The Air Gait was first attempted by in 1988, by Gary Gait, world famous lacrosse player, in front of a crowd of over 11,500 people.
A player can score a goal anywhere on the lacrosse field.
A lacrosse field is 120yds by 60yds. It is 5yds longer on each side due to the alleys, and is 10yds longer on each end to provide room behind the goal.

To play girls lacrosse, you need lacrosse goggles,a girl's lacrosse stick, and a mouthguard.
If you have other friends that play lacrosse, you can pass with them. Try and find a big open area of grass. That would work the best to play on. You can also pass against a wall; it acts like a rebounder. Try and use both your right and left hand, as that is a major plus in lacrosse. If you can buy or have access to a goal, shoot on that. There are targets made to go over the lacrosse goal with holes in them to improve your aim if you'd like to buy one of those.
