Just send a text message to that number, and then delete it, and it will give you options to either just delete the message or block user
If you consider the text message innapropiate then text who sent it to you and tell them that was not ok and if it continues then block the number and if that doesn't work find out who it is and file a law suit.

Answer In Canada if you send a message and you don't want the person to know who sent it we dial *67. If you don't have that option where you live, ask your cell phone provider to put a block on your number so no one see's it.
You Buick the people who you don't want
To unblock a phone number through Boost Mobile text 9999 and write ALLOW followed by the phone number you wish to unblock. Similarly if you want to block a number text 9999 and write block followed by the number. A text message from Boost Mobile will be sent confirming the action performed.

Text messaging helps senders send messages without calling. They are a good substitute for making calls when you are low on minutes.
Sending text messages allows the senders to communicate with receivers in a way that is less disruptive than a phone call and usually more immediate than an e-mail message.
Apple's iMessage allows senders to confirm that a text message has been delivered, this service is only available on Apple's devices and to work fully both user and sender must be using wifi otherwise the iMessage is sent as a text message. iMessage is a free service (unless message has been sent as a text).
