You put a little bit of baking soda in a small dish. Wet your toothbrush, and dip it into the baking soda. Then just brush normally for about 1 to 1 and a half minutes. I brush my teeth with baking soda. It doesn't taste very nice, but I just plug my nose! (It tastes kind of bitter and salty...)

∙ 14y agoBaking soda might taste bad but it does keep teeth clean. as wall as stuff like showers, toilets, and u can bake with it. When you brush your teeth with it you will feel a gritty feeling. nasty. (try not to swallow!!!) ;) Yes, baking soda is a very mild abrasive &works well to clean teeth
(& many other things as well). Baking soda was used before toothpaste was invented. So they had to use baking soda. nasty
