∙ 11y agoIn Windows Media Player, select the "Burn" tab, drag and drop tracks to it from your library or audio files from folders in explorer. If you intend this CD to be playable in a standard audio CD player, it may have no more than about 78 minutes of music (the package says 80, that number's rounded up), and note that if you put more than 74 minutes some older CD players may have trouble playing the last few tracks. Insert a blank CD into your computer's CD burner, click "Start Burn". Allow the disc to burn (how long it takes depends on the speed of your CD burner, your computer, and other factors). You will need at least 700 Mb of hard disk space free to burn a CD.
In iTunes, create a playlist with the music you want on the CD. (Again, if this is going to be an audio CD, it can have no more than 78 minutes of music.) Insert a blank CD, click File > Burn Playlist to CD. Follow the prompts.

∙ 13y agoyou need a program (you may find a free one, but it may cost you 5-10 dollars) that will take the video off of youtube (or anyother site) and convert it to a movie file on your computer (wmv, etc)
then all you do is burn it like any other file on your computer.
Do a Google search for "youtube converter" and you'll find plenty to choose from.
