You can return an ebook within seven days of your purchase. Open the "Your Account" drop-down menu, and select "Manage Your Content and Devices". This page has three tabs - "Content", "Devices", and "Settings" - it usually loads showing "Content" first, which is what you need. Here, you should see a list of all the purchases on your device. Click the button under the "Actions" label, and in the box that comes up, you should see a link marked "Return for Refund". It will ask you for confirmation, and why you're returning it, and then you're done. If you still have problems with it, contact the help center.
