no, there is an actual oddish that has a greenish tint to it's body. i just caught it, but don't know why it's green or what difference it makes that it's green.
Answerweaken it first with a slightly stronger or slightly weaker Pokemon then wait until it's health bar is at red then throw a poke ball Answeri think he means an shiny oddish cause an normal oddish have green leafes and an blue bodymix the answers together
what you saw was a shiny oddish
all Pokemon have shiny forms

Sadly, You can't catch Oddish in LeafGreen. You can need to trade it from FireRed.
Oddish is found normally on routes 224 and 230 but only at night.
trade it
you can't catch it. evolve it from the Pokemon after oddish with a leaf Stone
oddish
Firt of all you must catch an oddish then when it evolves, it will evolve into a Gloom
Oddish are nocturnal, so catch one when it's past your bedtime on Route 5,6,24,25 or in Illex Forest.
you can catch one on route 24 in the tall grass
it depends on what Pokemon you have like if it's oddish it should have the move when you catch it
catch an oddish and train it until it evolves into a gloom
In Ilex Forest, morning and night only.
