On just about all GM vehicles, you need to pull the fuel tank to get to the fuel pump.
In the fuel tank. You have to drop the tank to access it.

Blown fuel pump fuse, or defective fuel pump relay. This is assuming all wiring is good.
GM vehicles are not equipped with a fuel pump inertia switch.
