I'm assuming that you have internet Explorer on Windows 7.
On your internet browser, on the top, you should see a menu where it has
File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help
If you don't see this bar, right click on the top of your browser, and select "menu bar". If the bar is already there, skip this step.
If you see the bar, click on the option "tools".
A dropdown menu should come up, on the menu go on the bottom and select "Internet Options".
Once the box comes up you should see a text box with the link of the homepage you have now. Change the link to whatever your want your homepage to be

∙ 15y agoHomepages are usually a file called "index.php" or "index.html". You can make a new home page by editing that file manually if you know HTML or with a WYSIWYG program, like Dream Weaver.
If you want to change your home page in your web browser, then just go to tools, internet options, and edit the web address on the box that will appear.
