Do you have a tire machine and balancer? or a set of tire spoons and a balancer? Your best bet is to go to a bike shop. You can damage wheels, rotors, bearings, tires and brake components if you don't know what you are doing not to mention if the tire is mounted and balanced incorrectly, you will crash.
