All u need is standard scissors
first u use the scissors to lever off all the plastic material around the door handle once all plactic is romoved around the lock remove the the metal ring around the key hole . Once all the plastic and the metal ring is removed put ur finger in the hole where the keyhole used to be and lift the hook upwards continously until it pops up. The door should open after the you have lifted the hook up
just a note, if u DO have to have a key made, be sure & exercise a bit of patience & make a few calls for quotes. these days, where car keys are concerned, there's a smaller bite taken from ur butt, if u get the duplicate thru a dealership. locksmiths will pretty much put the screws to u, especially if u call them out at night, on weekends, on any holidays, etc. it's usually expensive, but slightly less so at the dealership.
