Unscrew the old ones, and screw in the new ones. Make it snug, then turn the ratchet 1/16 turn. 5/8" deep socket, 3/8" drive ratchet, socket extension. Unplug wires one at a time, as you replace a plug, then plug it back in before you remove the next plug. You will save yourself the trouble of trying to figure out the firing order.

There is no such thing as a 2001 f250 351 Windsor. I believe the last year of the 351 overhead valve motor was 1996.
Start by changing the spark plugs
disconect the coil and remove the 7mm bolt that holds down the coil, remove the coil then plug.

Check the Vehicle Emission Control Information ( VECI ) decal located in the front of the engine compartment . It will show what type of spark plugs to use and the spark plug gap
