That information along with a picture can be found on page 321 of your owners manual. If you're missing the manual (you can order one from your Toyota dealer) the instruction is as follows: Open hood, Turn the bulb base (of the bulb being changed) counterclockwise (facing the front of the car). The bulb and holder will be released. Unplug the connector while pressing the lock release. Install the new bulb in reverse order. Undocumented tip: Do NOT touch the bulb. If you inadvertently touch the glass while removing the bulb from packaging clean it thoroughly with rubbing alcohol. Even the smallest amount of oil from your fingers will create a hot spot on the glass and early bulb failure.

You don't. There is no cabin air filter on the Gen I Solara. The interior air filter appeared on the 2004 (gen II) and later Solara. Cheers

Look in the manual.
Begin by removing the wiring harness from the back of 2004 Volvo headlight. Remove the headlight assembly retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new headlight assembly.
Suggest dealership do it. On an m6 you'll have to drop the bumper deending on which headlight you need to change.
