Listen to her. If she has a problem, offer to listen to it, give some nice advice, don't brush her off. Compliment her, suggest things to do, tell her you care. Use your common sense and don't say anything that might upset her more.
Yes but you can also try to make her laugh but just don't say anything mean because then she will get really upset and then that would be your fault.
You know how adults tell you to go talk to them and figure out why they're upset? Well, that can work but it doesn't always because your friend could feel like you're pushing to get information they don't want to give. You can give it a shot, or you can do some of my other suggestions.
-Bring over his/her favorite movie and watch it with some buttery microwave popcorn. (If you don't know which movie they like, take a wild guess. Maybe a comedy, so you get some laughs).
-Write him/her a letter with subjects that will cheer them up.
-Just give them a hug and let them know you're always there for them.
-Let them also know if they want to be alone, you will give them their space. They'll love you for that.
-If you're over and they are not giving you much smiles, find a MadLibs book and fill it out! Those work a lot.
Hope this helped you, and I hope your friend gets better! Post a message on my message board and tell me please. AlleyCat 13
well, it really dpens on Y shes sad. u could always talk 2 her and tell her shes a great person and how smart and and funny and stuff she is. then theres the option of buying her a cheer up gift or sumthing like that. or giving her a big fat hug or offering 2 spend more time with her until she feels better. these things should bring u 2 closr 2gether.
My best way of cheering up is sitting on the sofa in front of the telly watching my favourite film and eating a bar of chocolate! Or you could go out for a walk and get some fresh air.

I play games, spend time with family, and know that life has too much to give than be sad!
The best thing is to LISTEN to what SHE has to say.
EASY! Hurt yourself and they'll laugh! That's what the boys i know do!
yes, i am a girl and i have a bf that i text every night and whenever he says he has to go i feel sad. so im guessing that if you girlfriend or friend that is a girl is sad when you have to go, she definatly likes you!
well im a girl and that's sad. but if a girl does this to you then its either she is self conscious around you. or she is embarrassed by you. which is sad. if she does say she loves you then there should be no reason for her to ignore you. if you really like this girl talk to her about it or dump her. :/

Yes, My Girl is known to be a sad film. The film also subconsciously teaches children how to deal with grief.

sad 不高興
The storyline is centered around the murder of a young girl, which comes in the beginning of the story, so the story is sad throughout. But it there is also a sense of peace, when the young girl Susy finally sees that her family has moved on, so it ends on a happy note I would say.
