I clean them with Windex and a window wiper on an extendable shaft (something like a paint pole) . I got the idea from a guy doing commercial windows, and it works well. - The 'window wiper' is a 4x12" pad with covering similar to shag carpet )
You take the windows out of any mobile home by peeling back or removing the exterior cladding, then undoing the flange of the window from the wall.
Double the wide.
The dimensions are dependent upon the overall size, length and width, of the double-wide mobile home in question.
If you mean a double wide mobile home, no. Most people don't own the land that a mobile home sits on and the way the mobile home is made doesn't lend it's self to having a basement.
I use 100% silicon on the outside of the windows, and Alex ll caulk on inside.
Not only will they work for a mobile home, they tend to do better on mobile homes then standard homes. Insulation tends to be less efficient for mobile home anyways so vinyl windows are a good alternative for repairs. On a standard home they just become a weak point in insulating the ambient temperature.
A double wide is usually 28 feet wide
double glazing windows, no open windows
That depends on the age, condition and placement of the mobile and how much (or little) you can get it for.
The price of double glazing varies wildly depending on the area in which you live, the number of windows you want to purchase, whether they are double or single windows, windows that open and close and the number of floors on your home.
I would also like to get a wiring schematic for a 1999 double wide Dream Home !
The average cost of a double wide mobile home is $73,600. This price does not include the price of the land. Many double wide mobile homes are set up in developments or parks, where the homeowners pay monthly fees of $100 -$800 or more
