Keep surfaces like table top and door handles santized. Use hand sanitizer as much as possible. Bath daily and try using antiseptic liquids. At least follow these if you wish to know how to get rid of the flu.

∙ 11y agoThe best way to fight the "flu" is with plenty of rest, lots of fluids and try to stay away from others so that you don't pass it on. It is much more dangerous to the very young and elders. Treat the symptoms: use mild pain killers for headaches or muscle aches and decongestants for congestion of the upper respiratory tract.
