You would need to have the transmission modified or replaced, a custom driveshaft, couplings and rear differential built, a custom subframe built to hold these pieces, and custom suspension built to work with the new pieces. And that is just off the top of my head. It would require many hours of custom fabrication and lots of one-off or modified parts.
Figure a cost to have it done that starts at $10,000 and climbs from there.
