Its easy to create an ebook, just go to the link I listed below that says "How to Make Ebooks for Free" at the bottom of this page. There is no way to watch them on DVD. If you want to put it on a DVD and send it to someone, you need a DVD burning program but that doesnt make sense because they would still need a computer to view it so you might as well put it on a CD. Any CD burning program can do that with the section that allows you to burn "information" or "Files" or "Data" whatever they call it on your program.
