What would you like to do?
If the fuse is good, and the fuel pump relay is good, and the pump will not run then the chances are it is bad. If you hear the pump run for a few seconds when you turn on the ignition without starting the engine, it may or may not be good. Listen at the fuel filler door with the cap off while someone else turns on the ignition. If you hear it run but it is not supplying fuel then either the fuel filter is clogged or the pump is running but it is not pumping fuel. A fuel pressure test at the fuel rail will verify this.

Answer It depends on the type of injection system you got. Multi port injection system needs 55psi-60psi to operate, Throttle body injection needs somewhere… around 45psi anything less then that is a good indecation of a bad fuel pump. A chilton's manuel should specify proper fuel pressure.
Answer Siphon most of the gas out of the tank. Raise car safely. Loosen tank straps and drop tank enough to disconnect fuel lines, electrical wires, and filler ne…ck, then drop tank to the ground with the help of an assistant.Unscrew the metal retaining collar using a brass punch to avoid sparks then remove the fuel pump assembly. On an older models, I have replaced them with a good used one from a salvage yard for 75.00 vs new for $400.00. But that is your call.It is handy to have a good floor jack and some wood blocks to help in holding the tank while you remove the wires, hoses, etc. Reverse the procedure to install. I hope this helps you. Mark

* Relieve the fuel system pressure * Disconnect the negative battery cable if car is equipped with Delco-Loc 2 or Theftlock audio system make sure you got the activati…on code first * Remove the fuel tank Disconnect the fuel pump/sending unit harness connector and the fuel tank pressure sensor from the fuel tank * The fuel pump/sending unit assembly is located inside the fuel tank.Using a pair of snap-ring pliers contract the retaining collar and remove the top of the fuel pump assembly * Lift the fuel pump/sending unit assembly from the fuel tank * Inspect the condition of the O-ring around the opening of the tank if its dried, cracked or deteriorated replace it * Remove the strainer from the lower end of the fuel pump.If its dirty, clean it with a suitable solvent and blow it out with compressed air.if too dirty replace it * Remove the fuel pressure sensor mounting bolts and separate the sensor from the top of the fuel pump assembly * If it is necessary to separate the fuel pump and sending unit, disconnect the electrical connectors at the pump, noting their postions * Disconnect the fuel line from the pump
Answer Maybe the fuel filter is clogged or the fuel line is vapor locked. Are you sure the new pump is working?
Answer Inside the fuel tank.
The fuel pump is in the gas tank

The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank
in the gas tank
its in your gas tank not an easy replacement but a local shop I am sure can do it. the relays and fuses are either uner the hood or drivers side dash panel behind the door.
Your fuel pump is INSIDE the fuel tank. Replacing it means that you have to drop the tank to get at the pump, which mounts from the top of the tank. You'll need, in addition t…o basic hand tools, a floor jack to let the tank down and get it out from under the car. I highly recommend picking up a Haynes or Chilton manual for your car. The procedure is layed out with good photos. NOTE: there are serious safety issues involved here! Read and Head what the manual says. you're dealing with volatile fuel. the fuel pump is in the gas tank, so you need to remove all the gas and take the tank off.
Electric, in tank.the fuel pumps have not been on the block for over 10 years
You must remove the fuel tank. Just disconnect the wiring you may have to drop the tank partly just watch that the tank does not fall the whole way down as the fall could caus…e the plastic lines to break. Once you do this drop the tank out. The circle ring on the top I just use a screwdriver to turn it then the pump and sending unit will pull right out. Then Just do it all again in reverse. It not a hard fix so you will be just fine.
Sometime yes, and sometimes no. It may be hard to start and it may stall at times. It may also just fail without warning.
