You can try pulling it to separate the bones, however, this doesn't work for everybody. If you can relax your wrist, bend it back until it pops. If it begins to hurt before it pops, stop and try rolling it in a circular motion. Not everyone can pop their wrists. If you've hurt it by falling on it, or it hurts in the 'biological snuff box', you may want to get it checked out. There is a possibility of tendonitis or a fractured bone in your wrist. You do have 15 bones in your wrist, after all.
