No but maybe depends on which you use
If you mean the Jello mix powder right of the box - yes, you can. It isn't really 'raw'. The hot water is needed to dissolve the gelatin - not to cook it. Jello out of the box was a special treat when I was growing up.
The components of the mixture are well mixed enough that any variations within it are microscopic or submicroscopic. because the jello looks like it has one type of substance in it but has a combination of substances and also the jello particles atract to each other and dissolve when get evenly mixed together
jello is in jello!hahahahahaha
Well, Jello is used in Jello shooters, but that is not specifically teens who make and drink Jello shooters. Jello is the most abused drug by teens and most deaths come from Jello.

Preparation that focuses on outlining key points and practicing extemporaneously tends to sound the most natural. This allows for flexibility in delivery while maintaining a structured approach. It's important to balance preparation with spontaneity to come across as genuine and engaging.
Jello is water, sugar, and other chemicals that make it all bouncy and such. There is no pork in jello. Pork flavored jello would be a little wierd.
