Pivot Animations have to be imported into a video editing program of some type in order to convert them into .gif format. Once they are in .gif format, they must then be mixed-down/exported in a Standard video format for viewing.
The URL I've posted below shows how you can use Windows Movie Maker to publish/finish your Pivot Animation for uploading to YouTube:

Currently, YouTube does not offer a feature to purchase videos. However, you can rent or buy movies and TV shows through YouTube's Movies & Shows section. Purchasing a video allows you to watch it unlimited times on multiple devices without an expiration date, whereas renting gives you a limited window to watch the content.
I have been utilizing ScreenRec, the free screen recorder for the last 2 months and reckon, it is the best free screen capturing tool and will do a good job for you if you want to record YouTube videos with it.
