To dry out a papaya, you should store it in a semi-hot environment, slightly above room temperature for 18-24 hours with a two cm slit throughout the circumference of the fruit. DO NOT leave the papaya for longer than 144 hours or it will become un-edible.

Dry the papaya seeds by placing them in a container and exposing them to sunlight. Once dry, take a tablespoon of seeds. Crush them in a pounder. When a powdery substance is formed, add a few drops of lime(lemon) juice to it.

This is a great remedy for liver ailments.

Tea is actually made from tea leaves, but papaya does have healing properties of its own. You could leave them in the sun for a while (typically during spring or summer) or you could use a food dehydrator.

You tend to leave them out on a windowsill and let them dry out.

But this usually takes a while to do, like maybe 2 or 3 days
