Feminizing a man physically is relatively easy. If he has already gone through puberty the results will vary. If he is young--say between 16 and 25, feminization will be more successful.
Forget the herbals that claim to be able to induce female characteristics. The only proven method is to use pharmaceutical hormones and testosterone blockers. I DO NOT ADVOCATE THE USE OF HORMONES WITHOUT A DOCTOR'S SUPERVISION.
Typical feminizing dosages of hormones are;
(oral) 4-6 milligrams of estradiol (2 mg tablet two to three times per day)
(oral) 50-200 milligrams of spirolactone per day (a testosterone suppressant)
There are other ways to take estrogen. Several companies make a skin patch which will deliver the proper amount of estrogen to fem a man through the skin.
A couple of brand names are Climara and Estradot. Injectable estrogen is also effective but not a very popular method because of the need to either self-inject or visit a doctor periodically.
Female hormones will feminize a man. It takes time but they do work. A man will see his nipples enlarge and become very sensitive, develop breasts, skin softens, a redistribution of body fat to approximate a woman's shape, changes in body hair pattern and quantity, texture, fewer erections and/or the inability to achieve an erection or maintain one, decreased semen volume, decreased testicle size, a change in body scent, and--over time--a tendency to consider men as sexual partners. HORMONES DON'T JUST CHANGE A MAN'S BODY--THEY HAS A PROFOUND EFFECT ON HIS MIND TOO. A man is likely to become more emotional.
Taking hormones is not a trivial thing. They will fem a man--but--a doctor must monitor the effect on other bodily systems as well.

to feminize it you must give it 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness each day.
I think most women like to feminize their guys. Women love long hair on guys. Women are more into a pretty face than a hot body. Let's face it. I'm a straight woman who likes pretty boys but c'mon ladies. Who wants some big hairy guy jumpin' on you and sweatin' like an old pig? Now if you mean in other ways the answer is yes. Women like to drag their men around the mall to look at "women" things and want them to be interested in the color of the drapes and fabric swatches when they could care less.
