If you are signed in, you can click on "Question history" (available under "Question tools" in the blue toolbar on the left) to view all the contributions to a specific question.
Another way of tracking some basic info:
Underneath every answer box you will see "First answer by [username]. Last edit by [username]."
How can you contact someone who answered your question?
If you click on the question to read the answer, at the bottom it says: "First answer by XXX Last edit by YYY". XXX and YYY are names of people who posted answers.

Often you can find them on their Bio/Profile page.
You can often find jobs like this posted at sites like craigslist.com or in local newspaper classified ads.
If you realize that the answer you posted is wrong, then go back and correct it. If you've posted an answer that you think is right but is actually wrong, then you will find your answer will have been blanked by another contributor and/or the correct answer put in its place.
