A registered user can add questions to their watch list by clicking the on the "watch button in the blue side menu. Unregistered users are advised to bookmark the questions in their browser to make the search easier.

The finding of the question could occur while being logged in, but the question would not be associated with the user, so finding it would require remembering exactly how it was worded so you could find it among all the answers on answers.com. Daunting task if you don't remember your exact wording.
