to find timing marks, look to see if there is a :L: shaped tag bolted to front of engine ,just above the harmonic balance on front of crankshaft. this is the equivalent to top dead centre on when lined up with marks on harmonic balance(pulley wheel). thetdc mark should line up with this then advance or retard timing on smaller marks or with timing light
on the side of the carb. look for the word filter and an arrow near a inlet nut...unscrew the nut and out pops the filter!

to the right of the camshaft pulley,on plastic surround is a arrow,turn cam till two small protruding edges on cam span arrow. a small arrow located on crankshaft pulley,lines up with arrow on locking tool. you need locking tool to get this right.

Default location for fuel filter is just ahead of the RR wheelwell, bolted to the inside of the frame, get under it and you'll see the hose coming from the tank, note..make sure when you replace it that you have the directional arrow on the filter in the proper direction, "towards the engine". jr
