You have to remove the door panel and it will be just under the out side door handle.
That is an indicator of a failed lock solenoid in the door latch.

remove the door panel, window regulator, and window track. lock solenoid should now be accessable You will have to replace the latch, the solenoid is part of the door latch.
Replace the door lock actuator/solenoid. They get destroyed with moisture or burned out if someone's leg leans on them for a long period.

You have too remove the outside door skin, there are torx head bolts all the way around the inside of the door. Once its removed you will be able to see the lock solenoid.
Have you checked the cable coming in from the door post for a breakage ? Or the lock solenoid may be failing
You will find one of your door locks is defective, with the doors all shut and you inside try to lock and open each door at a time and you will find one that is stiff or notchy to operate, that will be the defective one. You will probably find if you lock that one manually the central locking will lock the rest but don't leave it too long to replace the door lock/mechanism or you will end up with a door that will not open from inside or out like me. Anyone know how to get mine open ?
