The only way that i can think of,is to replace the sub with something new, or get a friend or someone else that knows how to repair the wires inside the sub. if that doesn't work, cry and give up! You can also change the equilizer settings so it sounds better. The Fastest way is to throw it out and buy a real subwoofer like a JL or Memphis. /well check for distortion and see if there is just some faulty wirring.
