if your hair is dry and damadged i would advise using a really good shampoo and conditioner , i like to use tresseme thermal care , as i use alot of heat tools . if that is your case then the thermal range could help. if your hair is really dry , try using tresseme moisture and rich , as this replaces all the moisture and softness back into your hair. before using any heat tool on your hair, you should really use a heat protectent on your hair making sure your hair is dry before using the heat tool. after washing your hair , towel drying it , then applying hair mouse with a heat protectent in it , doesnt just protect it but helps it stay in the style you put it in after drying your hair.hope this helped.
