I am guessing that you have a Windows computer as this will not work for Mac's: Step 1 you have to delete your System 32, this is a now redundant folder for Windows it is normal in your C drive and then windows folder, it can take some searching but it is a common solution to many porblems. Step 2 this should solve your problems as it stops a lopping error, however if it does not you could have just broken your computer so you may need a new one, if you are more specific in your question it would help.
