How do you fix the speedometer on a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country?

I own a 2001 T&C and have experianced an issue a couple of times with my speedometer where it stopped working. Upon closer inspection, somehow the needle had flipped all of the way around (I think it happened when I was replacing the battery). All it took to fix was physically moving the needle back to the correct side of the rest pin (minor dissassembly of dash required, but not too time consuming).
