Here's one thing you can check: In addition to the tail light fuse, there is also a tail light relay. It's located just above the tail light fuse in the driver side kick panel (upper right hand corner). This relay powers the fuse. It controls the dash, side markers, and parking lights also. If those last items are working, suspect bulbs or the single wire that feeds the rear of the car. If that isn't it, the stalk switch is another less likely possibility.
GO AND BUY I NEW light bulb !
There are 2 flasher relays on your Camry. One for the turn signals and another for the hazard lights. I also cannot find out where they are located with my research. My advice is to call your local Toyota dealer and ask them.
The Taillights take a 15 amp fuse located under the left kick panel. That's what my 1990 Camry takes. If it being a V6 makes a difference tho is slim, so i would go with the 15 amp

There are several warning lights on the dash board of a 1993 Toyota Camry. There is a hot water warning, a low voltage warning, a low fuel warning, and several others.
You need the fuse box.
To install the fog lights on a 2003 Toyota Camry you must first look inside the booklet and see where the foglights go and how they go on. And however the book says to put them on that is how you should do it.
